Alexandra Copos de Prada

Alexandra Copos de Prada is the CEO of ANA PAN, a chain of 23 pastry stores with tradition in Bucharest and the Co-Founder and CEO of Moonstar Ventures, a start-up in education technology that aims to reinvent corporate training, based out of London. Alexandra was previously the CEO of Ana Hotels, the largest hotel company in Romania with over 1,000 employees and 30M EUR turnover.

In 2010 she co-founded Aspire Academy aiming to inspire high school and university students to achieve beyond what they believe possible. In 2015, Alexandra Copos de Prada co-founded Aspire for Teachers, the top pedagogical academy for Romanian public school teachers that is focused on training teachers to embed their students with the skills they need to succeed professionally.

Alexandra was previously a consultant with McKinsey & Company in New York and Dubai, and led New York City’s principal training academy as part of the Department of Education in NYC. She graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in Economics, Political Economy and Finance, from the Wharton School, the University of Pennsylvania with an M.B.A., and from Harvard Kennedy School of Government with a Masters in Public Administration.
