After 16 years as HR Manager at BRD – Groupe Societe Generale, Mihaela Feodorof started on the unpredictable entrepreneurial road. She established Yourway, Life & Career Counseling, the company which offers her the possibility to create organizational development programs for business clients, counsel young students from NGOs or multinational companies and, last but not least, establish the first business line aimed to identify and develop children’s potential.
