Aspire Graduate Program

Dedicated exclusively to Aspire alumni, Aspire Graduate aims to be a natural next step to the summer curricula, focusing on personal development and community building. Intrinsically a new experience, Aspire Graduate is described as essential by many of our alumni.

A 4-day workshop event, Aspire Graduate is usually held in the picturesque surroundings of Snagov, about 40km away from Romania’s capital, Bucharest. During this event, participants are able to continue their immersion into self-discovery started at the summer programs, through workshops and lectures held by top educators, businessmen and professionals. It is the perfect way to come closer to our community and to enhance the Aspire spirit by collaborating on challenges specifically designed by our organizing team. Aspire Graduate’s lectures and workshops are focused on self-development, communication, teamwork, enhancing the networking skills and global acumen, being related to:

  • Understanding society’s problems and developing the entrepreneurial spirit through activities with social impact
  • Continuing the Authentic Development sessions, through discussing your progress from the summer program until the present, analysing your achievements and failures
  • Assessing your strengths and weaknesses and how those can help you achieve your career and personal goals
  • Learning how to efficiently communicate and how to build your network
  • Discovering successful entrepreneurial stories and learning from Romanian and international top-professionals
  • Collaboratively solving social issues or business challenges
