Adina Nita
Adina is a management consultant originally from Sighisoara in Transylvania, Romania — a city she is always happy to discuss with anyone curious about Dracula. She grew up attending a German-speaking school, where twelve years of study left her convinced (perhaps a bit optimistically) that she could tackle even the trickiest of dialects. This is why she chose to pursue higher education in Vienna, studying Business Administration in both Vienna and Paris, before completing a master’s in Strategy & Innovation back in Vienna. During her studies, she developed a strong passion for languages and volunteering, with volunteer programs helping her truly feel at home in Vienna.
She now works as management consultant, where she supports mid-sized companies in their strategic and organisational transformations. Outside of work, she enjoys DIY home decor projects, road cycling, and planning the next trip with friends. Lowkey, she is also looking for her next personal and professional challenge — possibly in Romania.
-

She has lived in Romania, Austria, and Spain, but no matter where life took her, home always pulls her back – which is exactly why Aspire has a special place in her heart.
