Bogdan Topîrceanu is part of Aspire Academy 2012 generation. He has a PhD in Visual Arts and, currently, he is teaching arts at Avenor International College and Rubik School. Apart from this, he is developing my own startup, ArtLink, an AR solution for the arts and culture sector.

Medeea graduated Aspire High School in 2018 and is now in her second year at the “Iuliu Hațieganu” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca. On her way to become a doctor, Medeea combines studying with learning new languages, playing the guitar and engaging in charity work.
This week Aspirers in the Spotlight series gives an insight into Raluca Georgescu’s professional excellence and motivation. Currently a resident doctor specialising in pediatric dentistry, Raluca joined Aspire Academy in 2016. Since then, she has been an invaluable alumna for Aspire, taking various roles within the organizing team.
This month the Aspirers in the Spotlight series features Alexandru Paduraru (Aspire Professionals 2018 alumnus), a 28-year-old entrepreneur with a master’s degree in Computer Science. Alexandru is a web developer converted into a business person, having been nominated in the Forbes 30 Under 30 since 2019. Currently, he is the co-founder of Creative Tim, a platform accessed by millions of developers yearly.
The new edition of the Aspirers in the Spotlight features Codruṭ Lemeni, alumnus of Aspire High School 2017. Codruṭ is a second-year student at Polytechnic University in Bucharest who strongly believes that getting involved in many projects and trying out different things leads to discovering one’s passions. Therefore, Codruṭ wants to combine his passion for Computer Science with his desire to improve the educational system.
This month the Aspirers in the Spotlight series features Mihai Cepoi, Aspire Professionals 2017 alumnus. Mihai has always been passionate about how things work from an algorithmic angle as he graduated in computer science. Four years ago he founded Jobful, a startup valued at €6M within 18 month and currently formed of a team of 15 professionals.
This month the Aspirers in the Spotlight series features Luca Mateescu. Passionate about the ability of people to create change in the society, Luca led Aspire between 2016 and 2017, overseeing the transition to financial sustainability, international expansion and expansion towards business incubation. Luca is still close to the organisation as a mentor in various business accelerators.
As part of the 10th Aspire Anniversary, the Aspire Dinners initiative is a series of local events which bring together members of the Aspire Community with top leaders, businessmen or valuable individuals of our society in a close and friendly dinner setting, aiming to accelerate the networking and communication opportunities within the Aspire Community. Each event will have a specific topic for the night, so that the people from different professional fields can benefit from them.
