This week Aspirers in the Spotlight series gives an insight into Raluca Georgescu’s professional excellence and motivation. Currently a resident doctor specialising in pediatric dentistry, Raluca joined Aspire Academy in 2016. Since then, she has been an invaluable alumna for Aspire, taking various roles within the organizing team.
This month the Aspirers in the Spotlight series features Alexandru Paduraru (Aspire Professionals 2018 alumnus), a 28-year-old entrepreneur with a master’s degree in Computer Science. Alexandru is a web developer converted into a business person, having been nominated in the Forbes 30 Under 30 since 2019. Currently, he is the co-founder of Creative Tim, a platform accessed by millions of developers yearly.
The new edition of the Aspirers in the Spotlight features Codruṭ Lemeni, alumnus of Aspire High School 2017. Codruṭ is a second-year student at Polytechnic University in Bucharest who strongly believes that getting involved in many projects and trying out different things leads to discovering one’s passions. Therefore, Codruṭ wants to combine his passion for Computer Science with his desire to improve the educational system.
Inspiring and having a personal connection with our potential Aspire members has always been at the heart of Aspire. Therefore, this year, Aspire Ambassadors 2020 has been instrumental to reaching out to students in university and high school and to answering their numerous questions. Similar to many of our regular activities, the Aspire Ambassadors 2020 had to adapt to the current times and reinvent itself.
This month the Aspirers in the Spotlight series features Mihai Cepoi, Aspire Professionals 2017 alumnus. Mihai has always been passionate about how things work from an algorithmic angle as he graduated in computer science. Four years ago he founded Jobful, a startup valued at €6M within 18 month and currently formed of a team of 15 professionals.
